Privacy

Short version: we use what you send to run the product or answer your email. We do not sell operating data. Prefer a sanitized extract for a first evaluation.

Who we are

Interlockd is operated by the founder reachable at mrafiq@interlockd.com. There is no self-serve ad funnel; contact is person-to-person.

What we collect

• Email you send us — content and metadata of messages to the contact address, so we can reply.
• Account data — email and organization membership if you are provisioned into a workspace.
• Operating data — entity, location, product and licence records (and related fields) you supply for an evaluation or import. Prefer records without customer PII.
• Operational telemetry — optional error monitoring (Sentry) and product analytics (PostHog) when those keys are configured. They are for reliability and product learning, not for selling profiles.

How we use it

To produce authorization findings and reports, operate the workspace, reply to conversations, and keep the service secure. We do not use your operating data to train public models.

Retention

Working copies from a one-time review are deleted within 30 days of delivery unless you ask in writing to retain them or a later subscription replaces the engagement. Workspace data persists until the organization is offboarded.

Sharing

Infrastructure processors (hosting, database, email) see data as needed to run the service. We do not sell personal or operating data. We may disclose information if required by law.
