Terms of use
Interlockd is early-build software. These terms describe what the product does and — more importantly — what it does not claim. They are not a substitute for a signed engagement letter covering a specific evaluation.
The product
Interlockd connects regulatory requirements, operating data, controls, findings, evidence and remediation. Authorization monitoring is the first application: it reviews the date-ranged relationship between an entity, a location, an activity and the licence permitting it, and reports where those diverge. It answers: can this entity perform this activity in this state on this date — and where is the proof?
No legal conclusion
Interlockd reports conditions its sources evidence. It does not provide legal advice, does not replace counsel or an examiner, and never states or implies that an operator is compliant. Findings are work items for humans. Rule entries marked drafted have not been verified against the underlying authority by a person. An activity outside researched coverage reports as no_rule — an open research task, never a finding against the operator. Anything AI-produced is labelled as drafted, never as determined, and AI never determines a regulatory outcome.
Out of scope
- Licence applications, renewals, or filing submission
- Automated NMLS submission or sync
- AML transaction monitoring or SAR filing
- Operational analytics or branch performance findings
Accounts and access
Access is organization-scoped and founder-provisioned unless signup is explicitly enabled for a deployment. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you supply and for keeping credentials confidential.
Evaluations and engagements

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interlockd is not liable for regulatory outcomes, examiner findings, or decisions made using the software or a report. For a paid engagement, aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for it unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
